Dresses with Jess :: New Girl…

Even if you haven’t been around here very long, you’ll probably know that I’m not very fashion-savvy. I never follow the fashion trends (and couldn’t actually name a current trend if I tried…), and I don’t really buy many clothes. Don’t get me wrong, I love seeing something and thinking ‘flip, that’s cool’ and then just buying it whether I need it or not, but most of the time I only buy clothes if I need them. For example, my one pair of jeans are about to rip, so I’m going to need another pair of those. A lot of my clothes I get from charity stores – or I did, back in New Zealand where charity stores are way cheaper – and most of the time I don’t actually like the fashion trends that come and go. Which is why I don’t follow them I guess.

Sure, if there’s something I really like and it happens to be that one thing that everyone in the female population is currently buying too, then so be it.But I’ll only buy it if I actually like it.

However! I do recognise awesome style when I see it, though the majority of that style is on TV shows. One my favourite shows is New Girl, and I just love Jess’s style (and I think Zooey Deschanel’s is very similar). All her dresses and her cuteness! Argh! So cute! I love it! I’m always excited to see what she’s wearing in each episode. So, because of this, and because you guys never get to see outfit posts from me (sorry), I’ve put together some of my favourite outfits that Jess has worn over the first and second season so far.

So awesome! Argh! I love all of them! My favourite dress though is definietly the blue one on the bottom left, with the Russian Dolls on it. I  love love love this dress!  I also love the yellow one next to it.
