Doctor Who Fandom Subscription Box - This Splendid Shambles

Coming to you slightly later than usual, but exciting nonetheless.

This has to be one of my favourite boxes that Fandom of the Month Club has done, since I’ve been receiving it. While I knew, like most months, what it was that I was getting when it arrived on my door step last week, I was still super excited about it.

The them this month: Doctor Who. Which is exciting in itself, but what’s more, there was an item that they don’t usually include. Check it out!

Information card, stash bag, and magnet

This month’s magnet has a silhouette of Clara Oswald on it, and reads ‘Run. Run you silly boy, and remember me’. I love this magnet. While Clara wasn’t my favourite companion, she did grow on me after a while, and I do quite like her story line.

The stash bag reads ‘When you run with the Doctor, it feels like it will never end’ which is a quote from River Song, one of my favourite characters. And the information card has a Dalek on it.

TARDIS earrings

Oh my word how great are these? I love that they’re quite subtle. They’re not all TARDIS blue and stand-outy, but pretty and silver and … well, subtle.

The Name of the Doctor in Gallifreyan necklace

How pretty is this?! Again, a subtle necklace that’s not obviously fandom themed to those who might now know. I love these necklace a lot and have already worn it quite a bit.

The 12 Doctors Watch

This. This is the exciting item that they don’t usually include. There was a sneak peak at this a few months back on the FOTMC Instagram account, but it was so exciting to actually receive it. Hopefully you can see that it’s Doctors 1-12 (not including War Doctor) as the numbers of the clock. Man it’s good. Now when people ask em the time i can reply things like ‘It’s a Pertwee past a Davison’ or ‘it’s an Eccleston to a McGann’. So.Good.

Definitely a favourite box this year. Love love love it. Next month’s box is their anniversary box, so you get not the usual 3 pieces but 5, and from different fandoms, not just one.
