It’s August! That means my July Fandom of the Month Club box has arrived! Living in lil old NZ means it takes longer for things to get here, so I’m still waiting not so patiently when everyone else around the world is already wearing all their cool new fandom jewellery. However! It arrived this week and the fandom was….The Hunger Games! Woo! Yes, yet another series I love a lot, and I’m super pumped for the final movie instalment later this year. I, of course, already knew what the fandom was and what was actually included this month, because I can’t help but look at people’s Instagram photos when the packages start arriving on peoples’ doorsteps. But it’s still exciting opening the packet!

Check out what was in this month’s box:

Mocking Jay Necklace

This is super neat. It has a Mocking Jay charm on it, a white rose and an arrow. I plan on wearing this a lot.

White rose earrings

I really love these. I’ve been meaning to get some more stud-like earrings (as opposed to dangly ones), so these are perfect.

Mocking Jay Song Bracelet

Being a musician (a term I use loosely), I recognised straight away that that was the tune to the Mocking Jay song. I love how it’s on a bracelet! So neat!

‘Real or not real’ ring

This is super cool, and probably my favourite piece from this month’s box. I was a bit nervous that it wouldn’t fit very well – I have quite big fingers, and knuckles – but it’s very adjustable, and comfortable, and I love it. It has this super sweetheart on the inside, which is really cute and kinda fun because only you know that it’s there. Very cool.
