Can you believe it’s already time for the Divergent 10th Anniversary?

I struggle to believe the first book in the series by Veronica Roth came out a whopping decade ago! But here we are, at the Divergent 10th Anniversary. And what better way to celebrate turning 10 than with a beautiful new box set edition?

Thanks to the lovely people over at HarperCollins NZ, I’ve scored myself a copy of the box set, which contains all three books from the main series, and includes the novella, Four, as well.

Each of the books is styled the same, as one would expect, and sport a cut off cover revealing a different colour underneath for each book as well as the book’s title. While I don’t love the cut-off look for covers and find them annoying and somewhat fragile to hold, I do like the way they’ve done these ones.

As well as really fun and detailed front covers created by award-winning illustrator Victo Ngai, the four books also have a bucket-load of bonus content, ranging from interviews with the author to deleted scenes that we’ve never read before.

I haven’t read the Divergent series since about 2014, and I think I’m going to pick up these 10th-anniversary editions and give them another read, including all those epic bonuses that are included.
