Book Haul #35

A mixture of bought new, second hand, and library sale books this time round. A little while ago there was a, what they called ‘massive library sale’, which actually meant one room with not very many books. However, that’s okay, and I did manage to bit up a couple that I had previously seen online or on people’s blogs that I had wanted to check out.

Here’s what I got.

Hollow City, by Ransom Riggs

The second in Riggs’ series, Hollow City looks like another good one. I loved the first one, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, and can’t wait to get into this one.

A Court of Mist and Fury, by Sarah J Maas

Okay, so I haven’t actually even read the first in this series yet. But I know I’m going to love it, so when I saw it in a ‘buy one get one half price’ sale, I couldn’t walk by.

Defiance, by C.J. Redwine

This is one of those books that I’ve sene on Good Reads quite a bit, and had added it to my To Be Read list a while ago. I got this copy at the library sale, for 50c (score!).

Every Day, by David Leviathon

I’ve only heard good things about this book, so when I saw it at the library sale, I had to pick it up. Looking forward to reading it!

Adaptation, by Malinda Lo

I don’t know many people personally (or friends on good Reads) who have read this, but it’s been on my radar for a little while now. Another one I picked up at the library sale.
