Book Haul #7…

Here we are again. The amount of times I roll my eyes at myself is crazy. They should be in a fixed rolling state, that’s how often it happens. Today’s haul is one that I got all from online stores actually. You know how I’ve mentioned the price of books here in New Zealand is just silly? True, but sometimes you can find bargains….and it’s those I look for. These books I’ve got mostly from the Book Depository, which 99% of the time has the books I want at a cheaper price than in store. You do have to wait about 2-3 weeks for them to arrive, but it saves money. The other one I got from an online store here called Mighty Ape, which is kind of a mixture of a whole lot of things. Sometimes they aren’t as cheap as some things in store, but like most place, you can find the cheaper one here and there. There are only 4 in this haul (I consider a ‘haul’ to be at least 3 books…otherwise it’s like you’ve just found a book or two…if it’s super heavy to carry, it’s a haul), but I love all of them and I’m super excited to get into them.

After reading Eleanor and Park a few months ago, and loving it to bits, I had to get my hands on some of Rainbow Rowell’s other books. Thankfully the Book Depository has them! I’ve heard great things about both of these books, and I’m super ready and pumped to start reading them! And they’re just so pretty! I’ve actually already read Attachments, and I read it in a day. Once I started, I couldn’t put it down! I loved it! Look out for a review of that coming soon!

Where She Went, by Gayle Forman
After reading If I Stay a few weeks ago, and really enjoying it, I decided I needed to read the next one, and a reader (Kylee – *waves at Kylee*) said that the sequel was a must read, I went ahead and bought it from Mighty Ape. It wasn’t a bad price either, which is what I like!

Oh.my.gosh…you guys this book is just as beautiful as their first book: A Beautiful Mess Photo Ideas Book. I have loved their blog for years now, and I love all the things the come up with. If you’re not following their blog, why the heck not?! Go and check it out. Anyway, this book came out in September it’s beautiful! Full of great home ideas, all hand made, with great tips and tricks and even party ideas! So much fun! If you love DIY, craft, and general awesomeness, grab a copy of it!
