“I’ll be there for [Friends]”

Won’t we all? I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who doesn’t like the show Friends. And I’ve met a lot of people. I was super excited when I saw a spoiler for this month’s Fandom of the Month Club box. It’s definitely one of my favourite shows, and I often find myself watching an episode here and there.

I was a little apprehensive at the same time, as to what the jewellery and items would be in this box. But Erin and the team at FOTMC have come through again and the pieces are awesome. They even included something we haven’t seen before, which I totally love and advocate for more like it in future boxes. Check out what was in the March 2018 Friends box!

Info card, stash bag, and magnet

The info card (which, as you might have guessed, as all the information about the subscription box on the reverse) is brilliant, ‘Fandom’ replacing the usual ‘Friends’ in the logo. The stash bag has an image of the classic Friends couch at the Central Perk, and the magnet is a silhouette of a cat with Phoebe’s Smelly Cat song inside it. So good!

Frame necklace

This is classic Friends as well; the yellow frame on the purple background of the door, surrounding the peephole. Love this.

Coffee mugs earrings

While I love the idea of these, these are my least favourite in the box this month. They’re a little bit too big for my liking, but I do love the Central Perk on them.

Enamel pins

Here’s the item/s that we haven’t had before. How great are these!? We’ve got a chicken with a fez and sunnies, the couch from Central Perk, and a lobster. If you know your Friends episodes, you’ll know exactly what scenes these are from. I’m really excited about these pins, and I think it’s a fantastic addition to the usual-just-jewellery box. I’m all for it, and Erin,  you should do more pins.

Pivot ring

This is hands down my favourite item in the box. The ‘pivot!’ scene is one of the best in the entire show and it’s one that I will quote every time someone says pivot or is trying to move something down/up the stairs. I’m wearing this ring as I type this and don’t think I’ll be taking it off.

So that was the Fandom of the Month Club box for March! Another great box, thanks Erin! They also included the magnet that was missed out of last month’s Peter Pan themed box which was totally unexpected.
