Today marks 10 years of This Splendid Shambles!
It’s time for another blogoversary! I can’t quite believe my wee hobby has turned into what you see today! This blog and all that’s involved with it brings me so much joy every single day (yes, Marie Kondo, it brings me joy and I will never throw it away!), and I’m constantly blown away by the opportunities it’s brought me over the years and the friends and connections I’ve made through it.
While it didn’t start out as This Splendid Shambles, and those early days were rocky and disorganised and … well a shambles, I’m so glad I stuck at it.
If you’ve have been following along and reading This Splendid Shambles since the early days, or even just in the past few months, then I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. A blog is pointless if there is no one to read it, and you guys are why I keep doing what I’m doing. Thank you thank you thank.
Blogoversary celebrations
Each year on the 29th of August (or close to it!) I celebrate the blogoversary of this online space. Usually, I do a giveaway of books because I want to share what I’ve read with you guys. This year is a little bit different given the worldwide circumstances, so I thought a digital giveaway would be much more achievable.
And, it gives me the chance to give you guys a sneak peek at what I’ve been working on these past few months: the Blogging for Beginners 3-Course! *cheers*
