It’s official! I’ve been getting Fandom of the Month Club for an entire year now. An entire year! And will I stop at this milestone? Heck no. This is one of my favourite things ever, and my jewellery has never been this flippin’ awesome.

I’m pretty sure that 80% of my jewellery is now fandom based, and I wear nearly every single piece that I’ve received in this awesome box. I get so many comments on them, and I wear at least one piece most days. That’s how much I love it. Right now I’m wearing the earrings from this box.

This month’s box was Narnia, and I was so excited when I found out what the box was and started seeing some of the pictures people were putting on Instagram. The Narnia series was possibly one of the first books I got in my life. My box set of the series says that it was given to me in July of 1991, and I was born in January of that year. Unless someone gave me a book in those 7 months that I was around, then these were my very first books.

Since then, they have been well loved. My parents read them to me at least once if not more times, and then they were read to both my sisters after me. I’ve read them as a ‘grown up’ (a phrase here I use loosely), and while they’re falling a part a little bit, they really a treasure.

Fandom of the Month Club started in November of 2014. You may remember the 1 year anniversary box that I posted about last year. The third box they ever did was Narnia, but I didn’t discover them until April, as mentioned, so I missed out. I was so stocked that this month was going to be Narnia because if it was anything like the last Narnia box, then I knew it was going to be great. And it was. Check it out:

Stash bag, card and magnet

Like every box, there was a stash bag (which reads ‘We have nothing if not belief’ and a picture of Reepicheep on it), an information card which has the Dawn Treader on it and is probably one of my favourite info cards yet. Love it. The magnet is, of course, Aslan the lion, and it’s so sweet! And by sweet I mean ferocious, of course.

Book series bracelet

I love this idea! With series is often hard to take the main things from them I think, but this is just a great way to do it. Each dome is a picture of the book cover/title in image form, and it’s so sweet. It looks great on, and I’m excited to wear this out and about sometime.

Aslan earrings

Oh my word. These are so great! They’re a mission to put on, though, because the bar that goes through your ear is attached to the lion butt end, rather than his torso end, so you have to somehow put them in from the back to the front. Do you know how hard that is?! I didn’t until I tried with these guys. However! When they’re on, they look awesome, and I hope I get the knack of putting them on because I will be wanting to wear these a lot.

Wardrobe door necklace

This. This is everything. Definitely my favourite piece of this month’s box. And guys, it opens. Look at it. So great! This was heavier than expected, but it’s so wonderful and I can’t wait to wear it. Every day. For at least a week.
