This past month’s FOTMC was pretty darn exciting. I mean, they are always exciting, but it was fun to have an entire world of different story lines all in one box. Normally the box is one story – for want of a better description -, as in, it’s Harry Potter, or it’s Lord of the Rings etc. But March’s box was a Marvel box, and with that comes Iron Man, Captain America, Thor etc etc. It was a box with multiple characters represented and while I would love to see a box with some of the less-popular (but arguably more awesome) characters in the Marvel universe (here’s looking at your Hawk Eye and Black Widow) I’m so pumped with these awesome pieces of jewelry this month.

I feel like you either hate superheroes or you love them. Luckily for me, I love them. I love the Marvel movies and the TV shows like Agents of Shield and Agent Carter, and I’m looking forward to watching Daredevil at some stage. Check out what was in this super geeky superhero box:

Stash Bag, FOTMC card and Magnet
Everyone loves to hate to love Loki, am I right? Right. Perhaps it has something to do with that bad-boy image, or the fact that in the recent moves Loki is played by the ever-loved Tom Hiddleston. Whatever the reason, I’m right there with the people, and this magnet is everything. Love it.

The bag this month says ‘I still believe in heroes’, which is fantastic, and the card is appropriately Avengers themed.

Spiderman Bracelet

When I first saw this I wasn’t too excited, but as soon as I took the Spiderman charm off it, I liked it much better. Spiderman isn’t a favourite of mine (although, I did enjoy the Andrew Garfield films – need to watch the second one still though!), but I do quite like the web effect of the bracelet.

Captain America Earrings

Oh my word these are so great. I feel like the majority of the jewellery that I receive in these boxes I can get away with wearing them to work, but not these guys. But I still really like them! Perhaps more weekend wear, or a costume party. Love the bigness of them though, and am looking forward to wearing them.

Iron Man Necklace

Eep love this so much! You know what’s even better than an Arc Reactor necklace? An Arc Reactor necklace that glows.in.the.dark. You read correctly, my friends. I love this necklace a lot.

Thor Ring

So far, this is the piece I’ve worn the most, just in a week of having the box. I was a little worried it wasn’t going to fit my chunky fingers, or that my fingers were going to be too short, but it fits really well, and it’s surprisingly comfortable. Love it!

Such a great box! My only gripe with it was the slightly-tacky charm on the Spiderman bracelet, but that was easily removable. I will be wearing all of these, even if the earrings are just for weekend or parties. Very cool! Thank you Erin, and Fandom of the Month Club, for another great box!
