Welcome to the BoMoSh!

The BoMoSh is a post for Books, Movies and Shows. I’ll be sharing what I’ve read and seen in the last month, and I always welcome suggestions for books, shows and movies. Leave me a comment if you think there’s something that I might enjoy.

Books | 4

  • Here in the Real World by Sara Pennypacker
  • Shades of Magic Vol. 2: Night of Knives by V.E. Schwab, Andrea Olimpieri (Illustrator)
  • Pumpkinheads by Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks
  • A Darker Shade of Magic by VE Schwab

Apparently, 2020 is not the year for reading for me! Which is weird, given how much time I’ve spent stuck indoors this year. But here’s my measly reading list for October. But I did manage to re-read two favourite books: Pumpkinheads by Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks, and A Darker Shade of Magic by VE Schwab. For Blogger’s Bookshelf Book Club for October the theme was ‘re-read a book you previously gave 5 stars to’, and I can safely say both re-reads were still 5-stars!

Movies

  • Work It (2020)
  • Kissing Booth 2 (2020)

Again, another pitiful list of films watched this month. I’ve been busy productive with other things, namely starting my new business (you can check out all my new Courses and Guides here) and have had little to no energy for movie watching. But I would love to know what you’ve watched recently! Let me know in the comments!

Shows

I may or may not have just been binge re-watching Friends this month. I tried to start another show or two but just wanted to watch Friends. Can I get an Amen?!

What have you read and watched this past month?
